* WEB SITE NOTES:

Our web site is an extension of or outlet for the work that is already done by the various committees of the club.

Therefore, I ask each committee and each committee member to consider how the web site might be of benefit to our club.  If I can answer any questions relating to feasibility to complete an idea, please feel free to contact me at dave@LiveOnAHill.com.   

As you plan to utilize our web facility, please also consider how to get the materials (text, pictures, etc.) you would like presented into an organized format.  What do I mean by an organized format?  Well, materials for the web should be in a computerized (digitized) form and preferably in one of the following program formats: 

  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
  • HTML
  • MS Access
  • Adobe PDF files

Also, please construct your documents to resemble the way you wish to see them on the web.  Use embedded graphics in either jpg (jpeg) or gif file formats.  If you must use some other file format other than these, please discuss with me ahead of time to assure that I can handle appropriately for your needs.

Once the content is organized, please forward the information to me (dave@LiveOnAHill.com) and I will upload to the web.
